With funding from the Gordie Howe International Bridge Community Benefits Plan, weCHC is excited to announce the launch of Food & Mood, a community initiative focused on mental health and nutrition.

Through workshops, emergency food kits, and connections with weCHC and community programs, we are creating opportunities to promote balanced, nutritious meals, improving physical and psychological well-being.
