We have a primary care team that consists of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners and is supported by Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Respiratory Therapist, Addiction Support Workers, a Registered Dietitian and Medical Receptionists. Our Sandwich Site provides laboratory diagnostic services ECG, and spirometry.
