Eating disorders are complex mental health challenges and appear different for everyone. Signs someone might be struggling include: obsessive calorie counting, dissatisfaction with body shape or appearance, binge eating, chronic loss of appetite, overvaluation of shape and weight, excessive exercising, strict dietary rules (not related to a medical condition), delayed eating, food avoidance, chronic grazing, and purging.
