Bulimia Anorexia Nervosa Association (BANA)

This non-profit organization has served the Windsor-Essex area, as well as Chatham-Kent and Sarnia-Lambton, since 1983 by offering education and support for those affected by eating disorders. The organization’s site includes downloadable documents (click here) with nutritional advice, information on body image, methods of preventing eating disorders, survival guides for parents and families, and more. The site also includes detailed clinical research papers and links to other organizations.
